Handles and bodies are 100% bamboo or wood. Toothbrush bristles are nylon-6 (BPA-free) — fully recyclable when separated from the handle. Packaging is paper / cardboard, no plastic shrink-wrap. We're transparent about the bristles because greenwashing isn't our thing.

Bamboo toothbrush: ~3 months (same as plastic). Tongue cleaner: 6+ months. Bamboo loofah: 4–6 months. Wooden comb: years if cared for. Wooden pen: just refill the ink — body lasts indefinitely.

Air-dry between uses to extend the life of bamboo items. Don't soak them.

Yes — our bristles are soft profile, BPA-free, and gentler than most plastic brushes. Bamboo is also naturally antimicrobial, which means less bacterial buildup between uses. Recommended by our customers with sensitive gums.

Rinse after use, shake off excess water, and store upright in a holder where it can air-dry. Avoid leaving it in standing water or in a closed container — bamboo is durable but it's still a natural material.

If the handle darkens slightly over time, that's natural patina and doesn't affect performance.

No. Each handle is hand-sanded smooth and individually inspected before packing. Bamboo as a material doesn't splinter the way wood does — it's a grass with parallel fibres. If you ever do feel a rough edge, message us and we'll replace it.

The toothbrush, tongue cleaner, and loofah are designed for adults and older kids (8+). For very young children we recommend a kid-specific brush with a smaller head — we're working on a kids' line for early 2027.

Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery is 3–7 business days across India via trusted couriers. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp / SMS the moment your package leaves us.

Remote pincodes can take a couple of extra days. Free shipping over Rs. 499.

Tracking links arrive via WhatsApp and SMS as soon as your package is dispatched — usually within 24 hours of ordering. You can also use our order tracker with your order number.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 499. Below that, a flat Rs. 49 shipping fee applies. The Switch Kit at Rs. 349 doesn't quite hit free shipping on its own, but adding any single product gets you over the threshold.

Yes — message us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch. After dispatch, the courier may charge a re-routing fee that we'll pass on transparently.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on personal-care items (toothbrush, tongue cleaner, loofah). The wooden comb and pen can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery if there's a genuine quality issue.

That said — if there's any issue with what you received, message us. We'll figure it out.

Send us a photo or short video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We'll dispatch a replacement at no charge — no return needed for damaged items, just keep or compost the broken one.

Sorry about that — packing mistakes happen. Send us a photo of what you received via WhatsApp. We'll dispatch the correct item and arrange free pickup of the wrong one. No charge.

If a refund is issued, it lands back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds are usually fastest. COD orders get refunded via UPI / bank transfer once you share the details.

Pluck out the bristles with pliers (recyclable as a small nylon-6 piece). The bamboo handle goes in your compost bin and breaks down in ~6 months — even faster if buried in soil. The wooden comb and pen body can be composted or returned to us.

Honest answer: plant-based bristles fall apart in your mouth within a week. Nylon-6 is BPA-free, recyclable when separated, and lasts the full 3 months a brush should last. We're testing castor-bean and corn-starch bristle alternatives — target to switch by end of 2027.
